A little TLC brought this chair back to life.

From cracked, sinking leather and years of wear to a clean, sculpted statement piece. The torn seat was rebuilt, cushions re-padded for proper support, and the entire chair reupholstered in a soft off-white finish that highlights its original curves and wood detailing.

Some patina on the metal and wood parts but that’s the charm of every upcycled piece!

A second piece already in these exact fabrics!

This is the client’s 3-seater, part of a set with their 2-seater previously which we have also done a year ago. The original piece had dated prints, uneven cushions, and a silhouette that weighed down the space. We reworked the structure, refined the proportions, and introduced a softer, more intentional form.

Finished in a pale luxurious silky blue fabric with subtle detailing, it now feels balanced, breathable, and elevated.

Same frame… just a completely different presence!

If someone would ask us for a more relatable upcycling sample, this would probably be the easiest way to show them!

This dining set is composed of abaca rope chairs and a table with fixed printed veneer or linoleum-type tabletop design.

We cushioned the chairs as most of the parts are already broken, and to ensure comfort is a priority! To make everything cohesive, we stained the all the wood parts of the chairs and table.

Now you might ask, how do you stain the tabletop if it’s not wood? Who says we did?! Instead of pure staining, we did another technique — the paint-stain finish. We painted to cover the white material, then replicated wood grains by using stain! You probably wouldn’t even notice😉

Ok, stop! Now this set actually was a challenge…

We thought there’d be a lot of thick, printed, super stretch fabrics available but unfortunately not! We worked on denim-is fabric instead! How do you do this? You carefully lay out the pattern and use the lounge set as ‘dress forms’, pinning here and there, and blind stitching your life out!

Nonetheless, we’re happy with the outcome! What do you think?😊

This was interesting! If you check the last photos of how this beautiful carved table looked like before, you’d probably be reminded of vintage cakes🤭

Client wanted to tone down so she opted for plain, matte black finishing and we couldn’t agree more! The transformation from one vibe to another is just chef’s kiss!

We can’t just give up on a just-tired piece!

With a little repair and some refreshing, finished with some new cushions, you would regret just throwing this off!

This is part of a project we did for the client’s farm using her old-and-stored pieces.

We’ve done a looot of pieces for our dear client in this same robin egg blue previously and this is already part of our second batch!

We love how pieces can go from one vibe to a whole different one after upcycling! One can instantly liven up a space, brighten the ambiance and a whole lot more.

This piece isn’t only relaxing the clients’ bodies, it now is very easy on the eyes too. From plain and outdated cushions and covers to something that feels brand new!

Takes some time and work, sure, but how fulfilling it is to see the final look! Some of the pieces here in this set are either broken, or lacking some details. What do we do then? We replicate and bring them back to their old glory😊

A pair in faded pleather to something that guves more oomph. Cushions were refreshed to make them fluffier, and an interesting print to finish it off!
