Job Title: Product Manager
Salary Range: PKR 350,000 – 700,000 per month
Location: Lahore – Onsite

Key Responsibilities
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize features and backlog items based on impact, feasibility, and customer value
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics and drive continuous improvement
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical and non-technical teams
• Ensure timely delivery while managing scope, risks, and dependencies
Qualifications
• Minimum Experience: 5+ years in product management or related roles
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience working closely with software development teams
• Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar
• Technical background or prior experience working in a software environment is a strong plus
