z ugruntowanymi relacjami z wykonawcami oraz umiejętnością samodzielnego prowadzenia projektów po stronie realizacyjnej.

Bardzo ważne:
👉 budowa i prowadzenie zespołu projektowego jest odpowiedzialnością tej osoby,
👉 kwestie formalne, administracyjne i realizacyjne (w tym procedury i pozwolenia) również pozostają po jej stronie.

To rola dla kogoś, kto chce współtworzyć rozwijające się studio o międzynarodowych ambicjach – w partnerskim, długofalowym modelu współpracy.

A new chapter for my studio.
This is not a typical recruitment post.

I’m expanding my design studio and inviting a Project Manager to take responsibility for the operational side of projects and the studio’s production background – both in Poland and internationally.

I remain responsible for:
concept, design, artistic direction and client relationships.

I’m looking for a professional with solid experience in the interior / architecture industry,
strong and proven relationships with contractors, and the ability to independently manage projects on the delivery side.

What matters most:
👉 building and leading the project team is your responsibility,
👉 all operational and formal matters (including procedures and permits) are also on your side.

This is a long-term, partnership-based role for someone who wants to co-create a growing studio with international ambitions.
