Role Overview
The Customer Care Executive will provide customer support for both branch and mobile app services, assist customers with transactions and app navigation, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries related to branches and mobile app via phone, chat, email, and social media.
• Assist customers in navigating app features such as initiating remittances, tracking transactions, and managing accounts.
• Register and escalate technical issues or bugs to the IT / mobile app support team.
• Monitor app reviews and user feedback and report recurring issues.
• Support customers with registration, login, password reset, and KYC verification.
• Verify and track mobile-based remittance and exchange transactions as per company policy.
• Educate customers about app promotions, service updates, and security features.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of complaints or queries.
• Coordinate with backend operations, compliance, and technical teams.

Skills & Qualifications
✔ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
✔ Bachelor’s Degree required
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Must be currently available in Qatar (minimum 1 year completed)
✔ Change of sponsorship is mandatory
✔ Preferred Nationalities: Philippine (must hold a valid Qatar RP)
