We invite you to a meetup at the Prototyping Core Lab on Wednesday, October 2., 6pm!

The purpose of the meetup is to get the community in contact with the staff at the Prototyping Core Lab and to meet each other.
We will brainstorm ideas for future events, workshops, competitions, and regular meetups. Do you want to get involved - or do you just want to say hi? Everyone is welcome!

Prototyping Core Lab staff will show the machines and will point out the required training courses for each piece of equipment.

What can YOU MAKE using a 3D printer, a laser cutter, wood- and metal-working tools, electronics, and a community of geeks?

We're closing down our temporary maker space. There are several items and some furniture up for grabs. Let me know if you're interested. You will have to disassemble and pick it up yourself.

You might have heard the news that the core labs will take over the operations of the maker space at KAUST. It's time to get together and explain the roadmap a little more in detail.

What exactly does that mean for me? What will happen with the Maker Space SDG in the future? How can I use the new lab? When will it open?

It's a good time to get engaged and help us shaping the future of DIY and the maker movement at KAUST!
