My name is Susie and I am a qualified female plasterer based in the East Midlands. I pride myself on being able to offer the highest standard of finish on all the projects I undertake especially in today's housing market where the finish on interior decor can have a big effect on the price and speed of house sales. Plastering may look simple but, as any DIY enthusiast will tell you, achieving a sm

The orangerie covered in snow. Got about 300 mm over night and it's still coming down. Love it ❄💙 and it's good for the plants 🌿❄

Still renovating windows for the orangerie 😨 and also made a sample board to see what panel, colours etc to use. Thought I had decided what colours to go for but not sure now. The windows are fine but not sure about the two greens for the wall. My brain is really into details and colours so it needs to be right. Its difficult to see the colour in this photo but I will later put it out in the garden to see what it looks like out in the daylight ☀️

Building an orangerie in my new garden in Sweden. It goes slowly as its built in our spare time. FINALLY I have decided (probably 🤪) the colours for the orangerie. It's a long time until painting but needed to decide already now as I'm renovating/painting the windows now. I love olive green so not a big surprise there that the main colour is "olive green" 😁💚. Details in a lighter green colour called "ask" and doors and windows in "faluröd" which is a brownish red. My house is yellow brick with small dashes of green and orangered so hope it will match. I'm not keen on yellow so had to find colours that goes with it. For more pictures of how our new garden progresses check out on instagram

Finally started work in our new garden. Moved a lot of slabs in preparation of the tanking of the cellar walls. All existing materials in the garden is going to be reused, not knowing in what way yet but I will find out something to use it for. Who needs a gym? 😉👍

One can not have too many stones. These three tones of stones later became a long curved stonewall. Hard work but so much fun. Used almost all of the stones. The right one in the right place is the key.
