Sold on day 1! Maybe not?
This is a classic example of the saying " 1 minute of glory on stage, 10 years of hard work off stage". This property has been leased out all the while. When the tenant vacated, the house was looking really tired. The age of the property did not help at all as it was close to 30 years. We took 4 months to turn the house around.
We discussed with the owner on what can be done. We undertook and oversaw the whole process. From the colour undertones of the walls & doors to the ceiling lights, we overhauled it. To let in more light, we took out any metal grilles we could see and find. Old cabinetry that gave way to age was torn down. Furniture was also brought in by our partners.
In the end, this makeover was able to peel through the layers of time to reveal the former glory of this grand dame. Our Clients' response, the many eyeballs on social media was just overwhelming. We thank all of you for making this happen. Your property deserves that best, call us today!
