Honey BBQ chicken with Mashed potatoes for Iftar

Honey BBQ recipe:
Marinate 3 boneless chicken leg with
3 tbsp bbq sauce
1 tbsp sweet paprika
1tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
Let it marinate overnight for better flavour

Pan fried the chicken on low heat. Using the same pot, I created the sauce for both chicken and mashed potatoes

Sauce recipe :
Add 2 tbsp butter and sauté 1 bulb of onion till fragrant
Add plain flour till it forms a roux. Add milk and chicken broth (ratio 1:2). Mix the milk and broth gradually while stirring. Add black pepper sauce (I’m using Singlong) and oyster sauce . Add in the remaining marinates if u still have. Add salt to taste
