Novade Solutions is exhibiting as part of the IES-INCA Innovation Pavilion at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre from 2–4 September, together with our partner reseller CS Global Group Pte Ltd.
It’s been a great first day, with plenty of visitors stopping by our booth to learn more about how Novade Solutions is helping construction and field teams digitalise their operations and work smarter on site.

🏆 First Runner-Up at the REDAS Innovation Challenge 2026!
We're proud to share that Novade emerged as First Runner-Up in the inaugural REDAS Innovation Challenge, presented at the REDAS Digital Future Symposium 2026.
This recognition represents much more than the result on the day. It reflects months of preparation, collaboration and determination from the Novade team, challenging ideas, refining our solution and working together towards a common goal.
A special shoutout to our Senior Director, Ben Shanks, who took the stage to represent Novade and bring the team's work to life. 👏
Congratulations to Wenti Labs on taking the top spot, and to fellow finalist H3 Zoom. It was great to see different approaches to solving some of the very real challenges facing our industry today. 🫡
Our Co-Founder and CEO, Denis Branthonne, also joined the panel "AI in Action: The Trust Infrastructure for Tomorrow's Physical AI-Ready Built Environment," where the conversation centred on why AI adoption in the built environment needs strong data and governance, backed by human judgment and oversight.

Can a no-blame culture make a construction site safer than any rulebook?
In Episode 5 of Everyday Leaders, Novade Sales Director Ben Shanks sits down with Kok Choon Yip, Safety Manager, and Kee Chuan Tan ACP(B) / (PMP)®, Head of Corporate Planning at Kajima Overseas Asia (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., to unpack what it actually takes to build a safety culture in an industry where the workforce turns over every week.
They get into the real tools behind it: AI-enabled cameras catching PPE violations before they become incidents, VR training that lets workers experience risk without facing it, and a simple card system that's turned safety reporting into something workers want to do, not something they're forced into.
Kok Choon has been doing this since 1997. His approach hasn't changed: talk to people, one on one, face to face. Kee Chuan makes the case that the biggest barrier isn't technology, it's mindset: getting leadership and frontline workers to actually believe the same thing.

The Novade AI Tech Talk continues its journey around the world 🌏, bringing big ideas and great conversations to Kuala Lumpur 🇲🇾
At the Novade AI Tech Talk Malaysia 2026, our Senior Director, Ben Shanks, took the stage to unpack how AI is moving beyond the buzzwords and creating real value across construction and field operations.
