Warranty 🏷
Yes, we do. There is a 6-month warranty for hardware including parts like hinges and drawer tracks. The warranty excludes surface damage resulting from external force.
The warranty period starts after installation has been completed and customers have signed off on all post-installation checks. The warranty does not cover installation delays.

Orders & Installation 🔨
After you make your purchase, we will contact you within 3 business days to make an appointment to confirm measurements on site. Once this is done, we will set a date for installation to begin.
This may be up to 2 weeks after on-site measurements have been taken. Once installation begins, the entire process may take a day or up to a week, depending on the scope of work.
Any modifications must be confirmed during on-site measurement, and not after.

At Ohana Concept, we want to make payment as easy as possible. Choose from a range of payment platform options ranging from all major credit cards to PayPal to bank transfers (only for customised orders).
Our prices also includes installation of all built-in furniture purchased from us.
