A Second Chance for a Perfect Pair: Meet Coco & Chom Chom!

Hello everyone! We are thrilled to introduce you to Coco and Chom Chom, two wonderful bunnies who are ready to find their forever home, together.

Their journey to us began in August when their previous family, facing a child's severe allergies, made the difficult but responsible decision to surrender them. At Voices for Bunnies, we believe in supporting owners through tough times without judgment, and we thank their previous family for trusting us with their care.

After a period of dedicated rehabilitation in an amazing foster home, Chom Chom, who was skinny and had an eye infection, is now a picture of health. Coco, who had a cough, is breathing much easier. Bursting with personality, they are ready to become the heart of a new family.

Chom Chom, 4, the soft-faced harlequin lop, and Coco, also 4, the fluffy Lionhead, are a deeply bonded pair. They are inseparable best friends and must be adopted together.

Described by their fosterer as "funny, greedy, and cheeky!" They are adventurous souls with a love for food. Chom Chom will become your new best friend and even climb into your lap for a bite of banana or pineapple, while Coco is a dry food (pellet) enthusiast who’s always nearby. They prefer all four paws on the ground and aren't fans of being picked up. The key to their hearts is to sit on the floor with them! They will come to you for gentle pets, curious exploration, and delightful bunny nose boops. Their little hops of joy are a sure sign they're happy.

Coco and Chom Chom are the complete package: sweet, funny, and deeply affectionate on their own terms. They will fill your home with laughter, personality, and so much love. 🦸‍♂️ Marvel’s Neutering Update!

Marvel went in for his neutering today and we’re happy to share that the surgery was a success! He’s now back at Oishi Bunnies and resting comfortably as he begins his recovery.

According to his fostermama, he’s doing really well, already eating, drinking, and being his usual charming self!

Marvel is still available for adoption, so if you’re looking to welcome a sweet bunny into your home, please don’t hesitate to reach out. He’s ready to hop into your heart!

🐰 Isaac’s Happy Update – Three Wonderful Pieces of News!

We’re absolutely delighted to share some great news about our sweet foster boy, Isaac:

1. He tested EC-negative!
Isaac is all cleared and will be going for his sterilisation on 25 July 2025 at AMK with Dr Cathy

2. His amazing adopter has generously sponsored both his EC test and sterilisation. We’re so grateful for their support and commitment

3. Isaac has met his future wifey—and sparks are flying! Their first interaction looks very promising, and we’re hopeful for a smooth bonding journey ahead

Marvel’s First Vet Visit – A Clean Bill of Health!

Our bouncy and curious little boy, Marvel, had his first checkup at Vet Central yesterday, and we’re thrilled to share his pawfect results!

✅ Flawless bloodwork – no stress, no dehydration, and perfect liver & kidney values!
✅ Dr. Christine estimates him to be very young, around 1+ years old
✅ Weighing 1.52kg
✅ Very curious, friendly and affectionate

He’s scheduled for sterilization in two weeks—fingers crossed this helps with his litter habits!

🐰 Marvel & Issac Updates!

Isaac had his first check‐up recently, with huge thanks to Yiyi Magpie for generously sponsoring his medical care—including an EC test! His bloodwork came back looking relatively good with no major concerns, and we estimate he's around 2 years old. He’s booked in for neutering on 25 July.

Marvel is scheduled for his medical assessment on 9 July. Please keep him in your thoughts for a clean bill of health!

💛 Ongoing Appeal

Our team is small and we are looking for fosterers to help with our future rescues, if you would like to join us, dm us! All are welcome! Guidance and support will be provided for new fosterers!

You might not know me well, as I’ve been the silent admin of this group—working quietly behind the scenes with Merv. As many of you already know, Merv has sadly crossed the rainbow bridge to reunite with his beloved bunnies.

Before he left us, he often said he hoped I would one day be more active in the group again. So, in memory of him and the legacy he leaves behind, here I am—with some wonderful news.

Together with Arlia from Enchanté Furries and Gigi from Oishi Bunnies, we've come together to form a private rescue team. I’m also a long-time volunteer with Voices for Animals, and recently, we took over the care of two sweet bunnies—Marvel and Issac.

To support their medical needs and sterilization costs, we’ll be fundraising through sales of curated products and services. Every dollar raised will go directly towards the care of the bunnies we rescue.

We’re currently looking for forever homes for Marvel and Issac. If you're interested in adopting, please reach out! They were rescued via AVS, and while we may not have complete histories for them, their fosterers will provide as much info and support as possible.

We're also on the lookout for fosterers to help with future rescues. If you’ve got the time, space, and love to give, we’d love to hear from you.
