Designed by Cameroon-born artist and designer Maxime Mballa-Tagny, Mambo is a collection of handcrafted leather objects and furniture that invites us to cherish everyday moments. Crafted in vegetable-tanned leather, each piece draws on an age-old process using natural plant tannins. The material’s firm structure gradually softens with use, developing a rich patina—a quiet record of time, touch, and living.

Sculptural vessel with the evocative presence of an unearthed object. Its rounded body retain traces of scrolling red pigment, now fragmented across a mottled surface. The interplay of painted ornament and exposed clay gives the jar a sense of depth, its decoration lingering like a faint inscription.
