📌 ตู้กระจกแต่งตัวพร้อมที่ใส่เครื่องประดับ (ตอนที่ 2: ตัวตู้ )

ตัวตู้ผมจะทำเป็นที่เอาไว้ใส่เครื่องประดับ
ด้านบนจะเป็นช่องใส่แหวน สามารถใส่ได้ถึง 90 วง
ถัดมาตรงกลางจะเป็นที่แขวนสร้อย
ด้านล่างจะเป็นชั้นวางของเล็กๆน้อยๆมีทั้งหมด 3 ชั้น
สุดท้ายจะเป็นที่ใส่ลิ้นชักยาว 1 อัน และ สั้นอีก 2 อัน ที่ทำมาจากตอนที่ 1

📌 Cheval Mirror Accessories Cabinet (Ep.1: The Body)

The body is a cabinet used to store accessories.
The top portion is for the ring. It can keep about 90 rings.
Next, in the middle is for the necklaces.
Then, there are 3 shelves for any knickknack.
The last are the drawers that made from the 1st episode.

มาเริ่มโปรเจคใหม่กับ ตู้กระจกแต่งตัวพร้อมที่เก็บเครื่องประดับกันครับ
ตู้ใบนี้ผมอยากได้แนวโทนสีอ่อนเพื่อให้ตัดกับพื้นหลังกัมมะหยี่สีดำ
ผมเลยเลือกใช้ไม้เมเปิ้ลมาทำทั้งหมดครับ

ในโปรเจคนี้ผมจะแบ่งโพสเป็นทั้งหมด 5 ตอนด้วยกันตามนี้ครับ
1.) ลิ้นชักเล็กใส่ของ
2.) ตัวตู้
3.) ขาตู้
4.) ตัวกระจก
5.) เสร็จสิ้นพร้อมใช้งาน

📌 Cheval Mirror Accessories Cabinet (Ep.1: The Drawer)

Starting my new project with Cheval Mirror Accessories Cabinet.
I choose to use Maple wood as I want this cabinet to be a light color tone
Make the contrast with black flocking fibers

I’ve divided this project into 5 episodes as follow
1.) The Drawer
2.) The Body
3.) The Leg
4.) The Mirror
5.) Finale

🔖 Shop Hacks - Table Saw Organization

ปกติบนโต๊ะเลื่อยผมก็จะรกๆหน่อย เวลาจะเลื่อยไม้ทีไร ก็จะมีของบางพวกที่ชอบไปวางไว้ไกลมือหรือบางทีก็หาไม่เจอ จำไม่ได้ว่าไปวางไว้ไหน เช่น push block หรือพวกรีโมทเครื่องดูดฝุ่น รีโมทเครื่องกรองอากาศ

ไปเดิน Mr.DIY มาเล่นๆเจอที่แขวน ราคาถูกแถมดูดี ก็เลยคิดว่าเอามาติดกับโต๊ะเลื่อยเพื่อแก้ปัญหาข้างบนน่าจะดี

การติดไม่จำเป็นต้องเจาะใดๆ ตัว Incra TS-LS มันเป็น T-slot อยู่แล้ว ก็เลยเอาตัวล๊อคมาติดกับที่แขวนได้เลย ที่แขวนนี้สามารถวาง Push block ของ MicroJig ได้พอดิบพอดี ตัดเสร็จเอาไปวางได้เลย จะใช้ก็หยิบมาง่ายๆ ใกล้มือ แถมมีที่แขวนด้านล่าง ซึงผมเอามาแขวนอุปกรณ์จำเป็นต่างๆที่ใช้บ่อยๆ หลังจากติดแล้วชีวิตดีขึ้นเยอะเลยครับ ทำงานสะดวกขึ้นมากมาย

🔖 Shop Hacks - Table Saw Organization

When I need to cut the wood on my table saw. I always can't find many stuff that I need to use or it usually places far away out of my reach. For example push block, dust collector remote, air purifier remote etc.

Yesterday, I found the hanger at Mr.DIY shop, it's cheap and looks good, I think that this one can solve my problem above.

There is no need to drill any hole since the Incra TS-LS already has the T-Slot on it. The good thing of this hanger is it fits perfectly with MicroJig push block so I easily grab it when I need. It also has many hangers under it so I can hang many necessary items.

🔖 บันไดแขวนผ้าเช็ดตัว
อาทิตย์ที่แล้วผมไปเดินๆดู ที่แขวนผ้าเช็ดตัวตามห้างแต่พอเห็นราคาแล้วก็คิดว่าเรากลับมาทำเองดีกว่า
เป็นโปรเจคง่ายๆ ใช้เวลาไม่นาน เหมาะสำหรับวันหยุดครับ

Last week I planed to get one of the towel ladder from the store.
But when I saw the price tag, I think that I better make it myself.
It is a quick and easy project for weekend.

🔖 Shop Organize - Wood Storage

ช้อปผมเป็นช้อปที่ไม่ใหญ่มาก ต้องใช้สอยทุกพื้นที่ให้เกิดประโยชน์
พื้นที่ ที่เหลือเยอะที่สุดก็จะเป็นพื้นที่แนวตั้งบนกำแพง ก็เลยจัดการทำเป็นที่วางไม้เลยครับ
สามารถวางไม้ยาว 7 ฟุต 8 ฟุต ได้สบายๆ มีทั้งหมด 4 ชั้น ไว้แยกชนิดไม้ได้ด้วย (ผมแยกเป็นสีอ่อนกับสีเข้ม)
เวลาเราหาไม้หรือว่าเช็คไม้ว่ามีไม้อะไรเหลือแค่ไหน จะต้องซื้อไม้ไรมาตุนเพิ่ม ก็สามารถทำได้ง่ายขึ้นเยอะ
เทียบกับแต่ก่อนที่กองรวมๆ ทับกันไว้ตอนเช็คสต๊อกนี่ลำบากมากๆครับ
เป็นการทำพื้นที่ให้ได้ประโยชน์รวมถึงจัดระเบียบช้อปได้เป็นอย่างดีเลยครับ

🔖 Shop Organize - Wood Storage

The estate in my small shop is very valuable.
Most free space in my shop is a vertical space on my wall. So I will use it as a wood storage.
This can keep 7 - 8 feet wood. It also has 4 levels which I then use it to separate the type of wood by the color.
This make me very easy to check my wood stock and plan for purchase.
Comparing to the past that I used to keep them as a pile which is a pain in the butt when I need to check my stock.
This storage can keep my shop organize and make the most of my small shop’s space.

My bandsaw box project has been done. Before starting this project, I think that it is not too hard to do it but actually it’s quite hard and has a lot of issue.
There are many many varieties of the bandsaw box. In the future I will try to make another model.

หัวใจหลักของ Bandsaw box ก็คือการตัดโค้งด้วยเลื่อยสายพาน
ตอนดูใน youtube เหมือนจะตัดง่ายๆ แต่พอมาลองทำเองจริงๆรู้สึกไม่ง่ายเลย
จะเห็นได้จากรูปว่าผมตัดเบี้ยวไปมากๆ ไม่ค่อยโค้งตามแบบเท่าไหร่ พอเบี้ยวแล้วก็ต้องเลยตามเลยละครับ การตัดโค้งบนเลี่อยสายพานนี่ผมคงต้องฝึกอีกเยอะ
เดี๋ยวลองดูตอนเสร็จแบบเบี้ยวๆครับว่าจะเป็นยังไง

Key concept of the Bandsaw box is cutting it with the bandsaw.
Cutting curve on the bandsaw seems very easy on the Youtube, but it is not for me.
You can see my curve cut in the picture that it is very distorted. But the show must go on. I will continue do it.

Got a book named “The New Bandsaw Box Book” written by David Picciuto of the Make Something Youtube channel
I choose the bandsaw box model named “Tennessee” in a book as it is the easiest model which good for start practicing.

หลังจากทำโครงเสร็จทิ้งไว้นาน ก็ได้เวลามาทำลิ้นชักใส่ด้านหน้าซักที จนสุดท้ายเจ้า mobile cabinet ที่จะเอาไว้มาวางเครื่องรีดไม้ก็เสร็จจนได้ครับ

After leaving only the structure for some time. Now it's time to make drawers for it. And finally my mobile cabinet for planer is already done.
