A moment from the studio.
Hand-painted marbling studies inspired by Ottoman floral ornament. These compositions form the foundation of an evolving ornamental vocabulary, later translated into marquetry, embroidery and sculptural surfaces across our collections.
Nahıl – Redefining Objects, Space and Rituals, the studio returned to its city of origin, presenting a limited-edition collection that both extended the narrative of its inaugural body of work and marked a significant new chapter. The exhibition established Ahu as a distinct voice emerging from the crossroads of East and West.
Positioned at the intersection ofritual, material culture, and collectible design, the collection translates centuries of Turkish craftsmanship into sculptural objects of strong presence — works that carry historicalresonance while engaging directly with the living currents of contemporary culture.
