Glass partitions with horizontal lines provide both separation and visual connection, while natural light enhances the warmth of the material palette. The composition balances openness with privacy, creating a setting that supports focused discussions and collective work. A subtle integration of smart systems, natural textures, and ergonomic touches completes the environment with ease.

Scappi Restaurant, designed by Kontra, has emerged as a new icon of the city. The venue hosts a variety of events with its lounge and restaurant sections, providing guests with different experiences. It offers the perfect ambiance for dining and brings a vibrant energy to the city with its weekend jazz events.
