Yeni nesil ACAR Vals Makinesi, maksimum verim, minimum bakım ve yüksek dayanıklılık ilkeleriyle tasarlanmıştır. Farklı çap ve uzunluklarda üretim seçenekleriyle her tesisin kapasite ve proses ihtiyaçlarına uyum sağlar. 4 ila 8 vals toplu yapı sayesinde üretim hattının gereksinimlerine göre esnek çalışma imkânı sunar.

Makinede kullanılan pnömatik basınç sistemi, vals topları arasındaki basıncı otomatik olarak ayarlayarak sabit ve hassas öğütme kalitesi elde edilmesini sağlar. Triger kayış tahrik sistemi, sessiz, titreşimsiz ve enerji tasarruflu çalışma avantajı sunarken uzun ömürlü kullanım garantiler.

Vals topları, yüksek alaşımlı özel çelikten üretilmiş olup, yüzeyleri hassas taşlama yöntemiyle işlenerek minimum aşınma ve maksimum öğütme verimi sağlar. Otomatik fırça sistemi, vals yüzeylerini sürekli temiz tutar ve ürün yapışmasını engeller. Sensör destekli otomatik besleme düzeneği, ürün akışını sürekli denetleyerek her partide homojen ve kararlı üretim performansı sunar.

Yüksek rijitlikteki çelik gövde, titreşimi en düşük seviyede tutarak uzun ömürlü, stabil çalışma ortamı oluşturur. Pnömatik destekli ön kapaklar sayesinde bakım, temizlik ve parça değişimi işlemleri kısa sürede gerçekleştirilebilir. Tüm temas yüzeyleri paslanmaz çelikten imal edilmiştir ve hijyen standartlarına uygundur.

ACAR Rolling Mill – Superior Performance and Reliability

The new generation ACAR Roller Mill is designed with the principles of maximum efficiency, minimum maintenance, and high durability. With production options in different diameters and lengths, it adapts to the capacity and process needs of every facility. Thanks to its 4 to 8 roller cluster structure, it offers flexible operation according to the requirements of the production line.

The pneumatic pressure system used in the machine automatically adjusts the pressure between the roller sets, ensuring consistent and precise grinding quality. The timing belt drive system offers quiet, vibration-free, and energy-efficient operation while guaranteeing long-term use.

The rollers are made of high-alloy special steel, and their surfaces are processed using a precision grinding method to ensure minimum wear and maximum grinding efficiency. The automatic brush system keeps the roller surfaces constantly clean and prevents product adhesion. The sensor-supported automatic feeding mechanism continuously monitors product flow, ensuring homogeneous and stable production performance in every batch.

The high-rigidity steel body minimizes vibration, creating a long-lasting, stable working environment. Pneumatically supported front covers allow for quick maintenance, cleaning, and part replacement. All contact surfaces are made of stainless steel and comply with hygiene standards.
