For years Chef Barry Finbar Bartholomew has been tantalizing us with his exclusive WhatsApp posts previewing his new menu of the week. From items like Jerk Pelau , Fish & Chips to Curried Oxtail & Pickled Caraili Chef Barry's Menu is a worldwide fusion of his knowledge as an international chef over the years. We finally got a chance to visit a while back to taste this new menu ,try some of his sauces and chat a bit about his new film Panazz from his time as a member of the Trinidad All Stars Steel Orchestra .
