🌿 Art in the Park – A Space to Breathe & Create 🎨
Join me once a month for mindful art session designed for adults looking to slow down and reconnect. As a South African artist based in Taiwan, I guide gentle, therapeutic art practices including neurographic art, zentangle, mandalas, blackout poetry & art journaling.
These sessions are all about stress relief—stepping away from the busy pace of everyday life to sit in nature (or a quiet café) and get lost in your own creative flow. No pressure, no perfection—just time for yourself.
✨ What to expect:
• 1.5-hour mindful art session (stay longer if you’d like)
• A mindful art guide and demo
• Simple, calming techniques anyone can follow
🖊 What to bring:
Your own pens, markers, or art journal, and any colouring materials you enjoy (colour pencils, watercolour, etc.). Feel free to bring a blanket, drinks, snacks and headphones to stay comfortable.
☔ If it rains, we’ll meet in a cozy, quiet café.
💰 Session fee: 600 NT
(Not including food, drinks, and art materials)
