【住宅設計】嚮家│Longing for home

開放的空間，暖色調建構而成的家，每回憶起，浮現於腦海的是飄散在空中的氣味、碗盤碰撞的聲響、彼此交談的話語聲，甚至陽光照進室內帶來的膚觸，種種難以言喻的氛圍，形成讓人心嚮往之的氣氛，於是定義了家的存在。

【住宅設計】香遇 │ Aroma

自小居住的住宅重新翻修，想要永久留存的，是難以言喻的懷舊氛圍。全室檜木香，開啟了記憶盒子。充滿兒時回憶的和室，以嶄新姿態重現，骨董金蒔繪的日式櫃，彷彿將往日珍藏在內。廊道盡頭，以現代風格裝裱的水墨畫，取代傳統掛軸;量身訂製的梯，結合溫暖爐火，將大宅氣度，以現代風格重新詮釋。公共區延續過往待客規格，拾階而上，則是家人獨享的私領域。家，是生活記憶的總和，透過氣味、材質、色彩喚起回憶，同時開啟嶄新生活模式。

This is a renovation project of the home that the owner grew up in. The most valuable thing to be preserved is the indescribable nostalgic atmosphere. The aroma of cypress wood give access to the chest of memories. The Japanese-style room, also known as the wash*tsu, that is filled with childhood memories has been given a modern make-over. Antique Japanese cabinet decorated with Japanese Maki-e technique stands still as if it holds the deepest memories of the past. At the end of the corridor, an ink painting framed in a contemporary design replaces the traditional scroll. Customized stairway, paired with a cozy stove, amplifies the grandeur of this home with a twist of modern craftsmanship. The public area extends the past hospitality traditions, and along the stairway one can find the family’s private quarters on top. Home is the sum of everyday memories. Memories of the past can be recalled through aroma, texture, and color to embark on a new lifestyle.

格柵光影浮動，茶香悠然款待，靜坐啜飲如禪定，時光匆匆如白駒過隙，
轉瞬即永恆。

Amid the clamor,a window of greenery welcomes guests.
Sturdy branches intertwine,drawing the rhythm of the seasons indoors.
Slatted light and shadow dance gently,as the fragrance of tea offers quiet hospitality.
To sit and sip is a meditative stillness,where fleeting time,in a breath, becomes eternal.

Ascending high,To see far. Starting from the vast plains, We conquer the rising and falling ridgelines. Through twists and turns, We press on with unwavering resolve. Building a home is like climbing to the summit a journey filled with countless details,as tangled as thread. But when everything falls into place, that moment of returning home is the peak of happiness.

【住宅設計】光合作用｜Photosynthesis

將串聯上下的梯，重新布局，透光的玻璃，讓光線傾瀉而下，照亮空間。
以最佳曲度結合線性切割，拾級而上，每一轉折，進退有據，收放自如，
創造移動中的最佳風景。讓時光彷彿定格於此，想像卻無限延伸。
The stairs that connects the upper and lower floors has been thoughtfully redesigned. Sun light pours in via transparent glass to illuminate the interior. With each step upward, the precise angles outlines the edges. Every corner has been layout to provide the best view with each step, as to pause time temporarily while imagination extends into infinity.

【實品屋設計】寧靜，心嚮往的慢生活Tranquility, a Lifestyle the Heart Longs For

開放的格局，呈現大宅敞亮宜居的氣度。用設計讓東西方文化碰撞、傳統與現代交融而煥發新意。淺色木質的溫潤、深色石材的冷冽，巧妙平衡，為家，帶來豐富的五感體驗。代表東方元素的格柵語彙貫穿全屋，帶來靜謐紓壓的居住氣氛。方格式天花板設計，巧妙隱藏照明機能。軟裝與家具配置，則體現傳統與現代融合的設計主軸。

With its open-plan layout, this grand residence exudes a sense of light, space, and refined livability. The design harmoniously fuses Eastern and Western influences, where tradition meets modernity to inspire fresh possibilities. Warm light-toned woods meet the cool sophistication of dark stone, creating a perfectly balanced palette that engages all five senses. Signature lattice details, a hallmark of Eastern aesthetics, flow throughout the interiors, offering a serene and calming ambiance. A grid-patterned ceiling subtly conceals integrated lighting, while curated furnishings and décor embody the seamless blend of heritage and contemporary elegance.

【地產設計】慢步｜與自然共存的空間意境Spatial Coexistence with Nature

從相對狹窄的門進入，映入眼簾的是被竹林環繞的接待區，廊道的曲線，與玻璃窗弧線呼應，讓人感受到毫無銳角的圓融動線，東方語彙呼之欲出。沉降式設計的賓客接待區，使畫作般的竹林風景一覽無遺，讓賞景干擾降至最低。暖色調木質天花板與地坪材質、素樸的棉質沙發，甚至接待區的天然石櫃台，無一不與自然景觀呼應，帶來賓至如歸的溫暖氣氛。

From the narrow entrance, one cannot help but notice the reception area surrounded by bamboos. The isle and glass window share the same curvature to create an angle-less, circular line of movement that resonate with the circular features of Eastern design. The guest reception area takes the form of a conversation pit so that guests may enjoy an expanded view of the bamboo forests like a panoramic painting with minimal obstruction. Warm, wooden flooring and ceiling, matches with simple cotton sofa that lead to the marble front desks to fully coexist with nature, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for the guests.
