地坪的翻新，無疑是整個改造工程中手法最為輕盈、卻也影響最為深遠的神來之筆。

工作室並未選擇粗暴地拆除更換原有的漆面松木地板，而是極具耐心地將木板表面徹底打磨，並導入了「皂化處理（Soap-finishing）」這一盛行於丹麥的傳統工藝——透過天然皂液的潤澤，使松木呈現出極其純粹、溫潤且帶有天然淺淡色調的啞光質感。

這種工藝保留了木材最真實的呼吸與毛孔，讓地板隨著日曬與居住者的日常步履，溫柔且緩慢地形成獨一無二、飽含溫度與歲月沉澱痕跡的時光光澤。

房屋以優雅的 U 形幾何結構為骨架，將中央的空地溫柔環抱，並自然地將視線引向核心的翠綠植栽與波光泳池。

這種佈局讓室外景觀成為空間中無處不在的靈魂，巧妙形成一條貫穿整座家宅的精神軸線；它在虛實交錯間自然地指引著居住者的生活動線，既保留了空間流動的自由度，亦不強加任何單一的行進方向，讓漫步其間的每一步都成為一場隨心所欲的感官漫遊。

原有的入口門廳因過於挑高且缺乏量體過渡，顯得空曠而突兀，缺乏歸家的儀式感。

為了打破這種疏離感，設計團隊提出了一套將空間機能有機融合的解決方案：引入一座輕巧的介面，將入口與其中一處家庭辦公室/工作室進行局部串聯。此舉不僅優雅地重塑了玄關的視覺尺度，更透過生活端景的延伸與機能的滲透，讓原本冷冽高曠的門廳轉化為一處充滿包覆感、溫馨且極具生活溫度的迎賓過渡空間。

位於上海崇明島的「鬆慢」SOM LAND，是一處深植於自然鄉村，並將當地風土民情與傳統手工藝溫柔編織的度假空間。在整體的空間規劃上，「鬆慢」始終將自然生態與人文溫度置於首位。

這片場地得天獨厚地兩面臨水，緊鄰老滧港與紅梅路景觀河道，推窗即是與自然零距離的鄉村生活畫卷；更有國家防護林與蜿蜒河流將其溫柔環繞。

面對如此純粹、不加雕琢的地理環境，「如何讓建築適切地與周邊自然環境無縫融合，避免人工造物的突兀介入」，便成為設計團隊在落筆時最核心的思考命題。空間不再試圖去征服或支配地景，而是以一種謙遜、低調的姿態融入這片水系與林木之間，讓建築成為風、光、水、林自由穿透的容器，營造出人與自然共生共鳴的靜謐庇護所。

這座住宅坐落在一塊寬 7 公尺、深 27 公尺的狹長土地上，設計的首要落筆之處，便是對周邊自然環境的敏銳回應：這裡綠樹成蔭，得天獨厚的天候條件，更促使露台以一種極其敞開的姿態向外伸展，將綠意與微風迎攬入室。

然而，在傳統的狹長型集合住宅中，往往存在著無形的「空間階級」——位於建築前段的單元，通常獨佔了最優越的通風、採光與開闊視野，而中後段則容易流於封閉與陰暗。

為了打破這種既定的不平等，設計師提出了一套革命性的空間配置策略。透過精準的體量重組與動線微調，確保每一個住房單元無論身處何處，都能平等地享有均等的自然採光、風的流動與視覺景深。這不僅是一次設計手法上的突破，更是一場在建築邊界內溫柔實踐的「空間民主」。

面對現有空間的局限，以及屋主期盼構築出一處機能齊全、尺度寬敞的現代化公寓願望，建築師團隊進行了深度的空間行為研究。

為了突破瓶頸，團隊提出了一套極具前瞻性的設計解方：巧妙利用低矮天花板的包覆感，搭配精緻小巧、界線模糊的複合式功能區，反向操作，為居者營造出一種尺度舒展、視野豁然的寬敞居住感受。同時，設計最大化地活化了自然光的穿透路徑與氣流的對流機制，讓整座公寓在流動的光風之中，蛻變為一處兼具極致舒適與空間坪效的現代生活容器。

建築外觀以溫潤的木質立面為視覺主軸，由細緻鋪陳的垂直木格柵、百葉窗與同材質的滑動面板交織共構。

當面板全然闔上時，建築呈現出極具凝聚力且純粹統一的幾何量體；而當面板徐徐推開，實牆轉化為虛面，瞬間在室內生活與戶外自然之間，建立起無界且通透的感官聯繫。

連接車庫與主棟建築的，則是一道極致輕盈的玻璃廊道。它宛如一具介於兩者之間的過渡性門檻，在行進的移動之間，以純淨無瑕的視角，為居者精準框取並定格了周圍流動的四季景致。
