Nous réalisons l’assemblage longitudinal à rainure et languette, ainsi que la coupe précise des extrémités selon l’angle requis.

La précision à cette étape garantit une géométrie parfaite du Chevron et un assemblage impeccable de chaque lame. ✨

We’re currently working on one of our custom orders — Chevron parquet flooring. Before the finished product reaches the client, we carefully inspect everything that affects the final result:

— precision of angles and geometry of each plank;
— grooves and joint quality;
— consistency of the color tone;
— quality of the lacquer finish;
— precise fit between all elements.

With Chevron flooring, precision is especially important: even a slight deviation can affect the geometry of the entire pattern.

That’s why, for us, quality control isn’t just the final stage of production. It’s part of every stage.
