Inspired by the effortless elegance of Florida’s East Coast, this design takes a sophisticated approach to coastal living. The client wanted moody depth through rich dark blues on the walls and floors, layered with abundant texture, pattern, and touches of coral for warmth and contrast.

Tailored upholstery, natural materials, layered lighting, and carefully curated details bring the palette together, creating a space that feels relaxed yet elevated, luxurious yet livable.

This week's featured Designer is Rania Kotb! She is our newest designer on staff, and is ready to take new clients! Here is a selection of material layouts and renderings for her upcoming projects. 🖼️🛋️

Rania earned an interior design certification from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Egypt and gained extensive experience in luxury hospitality and residential design across Egypt, Florida, and New York. Before joining Ethan Allen, she specialized in cruise ship interiors.

Inspired by history, architecture, and diverse cultures, she believes the most memorable homes tell a unique story and create a sense of balance, harmony, and beauty.

An expert in 3D space planning, color and fabric selection, and thoughtful material coordination, Rania combines creativity with meticulous attention to detail to design interiors that are timeless, functional, and deeply personal to each client.

Renowned for his attentive and intuitive approach, Sam places great emphasis on listening—ensuring each client’s vision is translated with clarity, sophistication, and confidence. The result is a design experience that is both deeply personal and impeccably executed.

Through extensive global travel, Sam has cultivated an expert understanding of design. Beginning his adventures at the age of 18, he studied anatomy in the catacombs of Paris, and went onto work as an illustrator for medical textbooks. His deep appreciation for the arts, fashion, and architectural interiors led him to a career in Interior Design, starting at Ethan Allen in 2003. 🛋️🎨

Sam’s design philosophy is rooted in a profound appreciation for where structure, texture, and style intersect. These disciplines inform his work on highly curated projects that demand precision and a discerning eye. ✨👀✨
