2017 MultiCam 5’ x 10’ CNC Router – HSD ATC Spindle – 8 Tool Changer – Vacuum Pump – Cabinet Vision

2017 MultiCam 5’ x 10’ CNC router in good working condition and currently still in production. We purchased this machine new.

This has been a working production machine in our cabinet shop and is equipped with several valuable options.

Machine Features:

* 5’ x 10’ cutting table
* HSD ES929 automatic tool-change spindle
* 13.4 HP (10 kW) continuous spindle rating
* 16.1 HP (12 kW) S6 60% duty rating
* Up to 24,000 RPM
* 8-position automatic tool change
* Vacuum pump included
* Camera location/registration system
* Second knife system holder mounted on the gantry
* Cabinet Vision software and the corresponding MultiCam post processor can be included for an extra fee.

Recent Maintenance:
The spindle recently received new bearings and a new tool pull rod. We also recently replaced the linear bearings on the Y-axis.

The machine is still being used in our shop, so it can be demonstrated operating for a serious buyer.

This would be a great machine for a cabinet shop, millwork operation, sign shop, woodworking business, or other production environment looking for a full-size industrial CNC without the cost of purchasing new.

Pearl Beach is coming together!

The cabinetry is officially finished on this kitchen, and we’re loving how it turned out. The soft light beige shaker cabinets, glass uppers, inset details and warm hardware work so beautifully with the original woodwork in this home.

We’re still waiting on the countertops, so she’s not quite ready for her final reveal yet…but we couldn’t resist sharing a little progress.

Sometimes it’s the details you don’t immediately notice that make custom cabinetry so special — fitting everything into the existing space, working around the character of the home, and making it all feel like it was meant to be there.

Finishing the week out on our Pearl Beach job before the holiday weekend. Nice soft color, Sherwin Williams, Natural Linen. Back next week to finish up the trim and the hood and we can call it a wrap.

The Farnsworth kitchen is officially finished — and this one came together beautifully!

A bright, open kitchen with custom cabinetry, tons of functional storage, and a large island designed for both working and gathering. One of our favorite details is the bar overhang on the inside of the island — giving them the perfect spot to sit, have their morning coffee, and look straight out the windows at beautiful Lake St. Clair.

We especially love how the cabinetry around the refrigerator turned an everyday necessity into part of the design.

There’s something pretty satisfying about seeing a project go from plans and pieces in the shop to a finished space like this.

Another beautiful custom kitchen is coming together.

For the past 2½ weeks, we’ve been on-site transforming this waterfront home with custom cabinetry built specifically for the space. The cabinets are now installed, and we’re in the home stretch—next week the quartz countertops will be installed, bringing everything together.

This project features clean shaker cabinetry, abundant storage, and a layout designed to maximize both function and the incredible view. Every cabinet was built with the homeowner’s needs in mind, and we can’t wait to share the finished photos once the countertops are in place.

There’s something exciting about seeing months of planning and craftsmanship become a reality.

Back at Waltonen! 💪

Round two is underway, and we’re back installing 32 more custom engineering workstations for the Waltonen team.

It’s always rewarding when a client trusts us to come back for another phase of a project. Precision, durability, and attention to detail are what we strive for on every installation, and it’s exciting to see this workspace continue to take shape.

Another beautiful transformation at our Meadowbrook kitchen remodel!

The tile is complete, and the range, refrigerator, and microwave are now installed. Tomorrow we’ll finish up the dishwasher, disposal, and under-cabinet lighting, and on Wednesday we’ll wrap up the final trim details and touch-ups.

It’s always exciting when a project reaches this stage and the vision starts coming together. Clean lines, bright finishes, and plenty of functional storage make this kitchen feel completely refreshed.

Just a few final details left, and this Meadowbrook project will be officially in the books!

The Meadowbrook kitchen is really starting to come together!

The countertops are in, the backsplash tile is nearly complete, and the finishing trim is going in. The combination of bright cabinetry, clean quartz tops, and the rich tile color is creating a timeless look that feels both fresh and inviting.

We’re down to the final details now, and it’s exciting to see this space transform from a job site into a kitchen the homeowners can enjoy for years to come.
