The second check was presented to the WOLF PACK Abbeville Co.
This Saturday, March 28, they will have their annual freezin for a reason to raise funds to provide children across the area with Christmas. Last year they provided over 400 children with toys and clothes during the Christmas season.
If you have time this weekend, head out to the Blue Hole in Calhoun Falls and support this great cause.

On Saturday, March 21 the NWTF SC Foothills Chapter presented two checks to organizations in our area.
The first check was presented to Swayze Veteran Foundation

Founded by those who understand the toll of service, they are driven by a simple belief: no one should fight their battles alone once the job is done. Through personalized support, strategic programs, and a growing community of peers, they help our nation’s heroes restore purpose, rebuild confidence, and reclaim the life they deserve.
In Honor of TSgt Daniel R. Swaney, 30, U.S. Air Force, was born in Georgia on July 25, 1984, and passed away on May 7, 2015, after battling the unseen wounds of war. Daniel served with distinction across multiple commands in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and FREEDOM’S SENTINEL. From Shaw AFB and Osan Air Base to Kandahar, Bagram, and Djibouti, he embodied the Air Force values: Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do.
Daniel helped save countless lives on the battlefield. But like too many of our heroes, he faced a silent battle at home. His memory fuels our mission and reminds us why this work matters. His life and legacy inspire us to build a community that ensures no one is left behind

Thank you to everyone that played in part in Saturday. The crowd was low but the energy was high!!
More posts to come as our chapter made two check presentations to help two very deserving outreach programs.
We had some great volunteers step in and help, along with some awesome donors. I hope I did not leave anyone out. If I did it was not on purpose. I could not do it without you.
Next year our banquet weekend will fall during the Bass Master Classic on Lake Hartwell. Please look ahead at next year - new location, bigger venue, different date!!
