Since 1961, we’ve crafted American-made kitchen, bath, and whole-home cabinetry from Ashland, Alabama. Learn more or find a dealer near you at wellborn.com.

With 65+ years of experience, we manage every step from log to door to deliver quality you can trust. Wellborn Cabinet builds high-quality cabinetry for kitchens, baths, and everyday spaces — proudly made right here in the USA. As a nationally recognized, family-owned brand, we’ve earned the trust of homeowners for generations. We manage the process from the start, operating our own sawmill, selecting premium hardwoods like cherry, maple, oak, and hickory, and carrying that same attention to detail through every cabinet we build. The result is cabinetry designed to last and look beautiful for years to come. Beyond appearance, we believe great cabinetry should improve how a space works. Thoughtful storage, smart organization, and quality materials help make everyday routines easier. Whether you’re planning a renovation or gathering inspiration, you’re in the right place.

Nothing says fall quite like a feel-good movie and a warm drink in hand. ☕

A built-in refreshments area keeps mugs, apple c***r and chai tea nearby, so movie night stays cozy from start to finish.

A great pantry does more than store food. It makes everyday living easier.

From adjustable shelving to deep drawers built for snacks, small appliances, and everyday essentials, the right mix of storage keeps everything within reach. Add in open shelving or glass-front doors, and your pantry becomes just as much a design feature as it is a functional space.

Last month, we welcomed 250+ cabinetry industry professionals to our Ashland, Alabama headquarters for the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association (KCMA) Plant Tour, marking their third visit to our facility and their first since 2018.

Attendees got a firsthand look at our vertically integrated manufacturing process, from the sawmill through finishing and transportation, and joined us in celebrating the people behind every Wellborn cabinet.

As our CEO, Johnny Simpson, put it, "Buildings, equipment and technology are important, but it is our people who make Wellborn Cabinet what it is."

There are certain feelings that come from walking into a farmhouse: welcoming, comforting, and unmistakably like home. Our newest finish, Beachwood, brings those same feelings into every room.

Its grounded, wind-swept character feels like it's always belonged, easy and unhurried, the kind of finish that complements every element around it, without competing for attention.

With four wood species to choose from, you can find the version of Beachwood that makes your home feel most like yours:

» Maple
» Character Maple
» Hickory
» Oak
