For the best part of a year, I have consistently woken up with a sore neck, and a slightly sore hip. I gave Sleepnacious a try, because I figured, "What the heck." Much to my surprise, it fixed it! Now, I must say that when you first put your head on it, it is initially uncomfortable, because it seems hard, but after a few seconds, it moulds itself to your shape, and is quite comfortable. The instruction videos do explain that, and they also say that it takes maybe three days for your body and skeleton to adjust, which was also my experience, _but_ it fixed my neck and hip pain! I occasionally go back to old pillow, just because it is sooo soft, but ... my neck and hip pain come back. I heartily recommend this pillow.

Was having problem sleeping before, but now I sleep like a baby. Couldn't have asked for a better pillow; very relaxing for both head and shoulder.

This pillow is incredibly unique and in a great way. As a PT I had so many patients struggle to find supportive pillows for their neck. This pillow provides the proper cervical spine support without causing the shoulders to round or the head to be pushed forward- both of which can cause issues. This pillow feels like the perfect balance between firm and soft. And it’s nice to use while sleeping on my back or my side. Highly recommend it for better sleep and less neck issues!

Loved it! Really helped with the pain in my neck and I was finally able to sleep through the night.
