Looks can be very important to athletes. It is how their fans identify and cheer for them. So when the pitcher for the Colorado Rockies, Jon Gray decided to cut off his hair for Locks of Love, it was a big surprise. He has been growing it since 2015. Fans have gotten used to his hair flying in his face as he pitches. When he sat down in the chair he had over 8 inches to donate. He plans to grow it again so he can donate again.
