working class families that wanted to be close to Atlanta (pretty much like it is now) and wanted a yard for their kids. The brick, though strong and very durable, wasn't the most aesthetically pleasing, so we give it a really clean, sleek look.

2011 is the year of gray, but more importantly it's a nice neutral that matches everything, and I mean surprisingly everything. Come take a look. Our kitchens feature European designed cabinets. Ok, OK, I mean IKEA, but most kitchens in Western Europe have them and they do last a really long time, no matter what the expensive cabinet makers say or custom built from Lowe's or Home Depot. All updated appliances. Hardwood floors throughout. Closet space is normally lacking in most older ranch homes, but we creatively include as much as possible and all kinds of nooks and crannies (what crannies anyway?).
