Fully gutted kitchen cabinets, subfloor, evacuated non working hvac system, installed 24 LF of support beams underneath kitchen and dining room, reinstalled subfloor, floor joists, installed tile substrate and leveling compound.

Installed black limestone floor, re-wired kitchen, removed/replaced drywall, had custom base cabinets fabricated (exposed shelving will be installed instead of overhead cabinets). Installed base trim, shoe molding. Painted all surfaces.

Precision fabricated super exotic Brazilian Admiral Blue Quartzite natural stone counter tops. Shaw brand farm front sink.

Plank porcelain floor, glass mosaic shower floor, marble vein ceramic wall tile, trough drain, custom polished Carrera marble slab accents to wall cap, riser, curb and seat top.

Another amateur fix.

Some OTHER tile company originally installed this shower/tub unit, which never held water. It leaked at the drain and along the tub deck.

The bottom end of the shower (below 29 inches) was cut out and entirely rebuilt.

Because the tub area is incorporated into the shower, it too, must be water tight, so extensive waterproofing, pitching and channeling of water was built into the new tub deck.

The finished look is seamless.
