🎹 The Challenges of Being a Hammond Organ Technician! 🔧

Two challenges that don’t get talked about enough:

💰 Customer Expectations vs. Financial Reality – Sometimes customers simply don’t have the capital to invest in the repairs their instrument truly needs.

👀 The Previous Technician vs. The New Technician – Sometimes the biggest challenge isn’t fixing the organ itself, but figuring out what the last technician did (or didn’t do)! 😂

At the end of the day, it’s about integrity, experience, patience, and doing the job RIGHT!
