The first year after college can make or break your financial trajectory. I call it the Set up year. It is not about having it all figured out. It is about getting structured fast so your money starts working in the right direction instead of drifting.
In this video I break down what to focus on early so you do not waste momentum right out of school and how to build a foundation that actually lasts.
If you are stepping into that post grad season or know someone who is, check it out and start the year with intention instead of guesswork.

Texas heat does not care how new your home is. It will show you quickly what was built right and what was not.
The smartest buyers in Austin are starting to look past surface level upgrades and focus on systems that actually impact comfort and cost.
Solar setups that offset real usage
Energy storage that keeps power available when you need it
Insulation and HVAC upgrades that keep homes livable without overworking the system
These are not luxury extras in Texas anymore. They are becoming the difference between a home that performs and one that constantly runs hot and expensive
If you want help finding homes that are built for this climate, I can help you narrow it down

Weekends in real estate are never just weekends. They are a mix of showings, check ins, negotiations, and somewhere in between, trying to be fully present with family. ๐ก๐
This is a quick behind the scenes look at what balance really means when your job does not follow a typical clock. Some weekends feel like chaos, others feel like a win, and most are a little of both. The truth is, building a business in real estate often happens right in the middle of real life moments.
If you have ever wondered what it actually looks like behind the scenes, this one gives you a glimpse.

Just closed on this new build in Georgetown, Texas.
This one meant a lot. My client, Steven, is a veteran who relocated from Fort Stewart in Hinesville, Georgia to Fort Hood, and I had the opportunity to help him get settled into his next chapter here in Central Texas.
As a veteran myself, helping other vets find their place here is something Iโm always grateful for. I know firsthand how big those transitions can be, and itโs an honor to help make the home-buying side of it a little easier.
Georgetown is a great spot for it too. Hill Country feel, great community, convenient location, and the kind of lifestyle that makes Central Texas such a special place to call home.
Congratulations, Steven and Michelle. Thank you for your service and for letting me be part of this move.

This better than new home in 6 Creeks did not last long.
From the moment you step inside, it is clear this one was built for elevated living. Clean design, intentional upgrades, and a layout that actually fits how people live today. The backyard feels like a private retreat with custom landscaping, a fire pit, and peaceful greenbelt views.
What really sets it apart is what you do not see at first glance. A fully paid solar and Tesla Powerwall system that brings long term efficiency, backup power, and real utility savings into the picture. It is the kind of upgrade that quietly adds serious value over time.
If you want access to homes like this, reach out and I will keep you ahead of the curve.

Most people think making a home feel luxury means tearing everything apart and spending a fortune.
In reality, the homes that stand out usually do a few simple things really well.
Clean design. Good lighting. Intentional spaces. A home that feels calm the second you walk in. ๐ก
Buyers notice that feeling immediately, and it matters more than chasing every trend.
If you are thinking about selling and want to know which updates are actually worth making before you list, letโs talk. ๐

There are outdoor spacesโฆ and then there is this screened in porch with a built in grill that completely changes how you live at home. ๐ฅ
It is the kind of setup that makes you want to slow down and actually enjoy where you live. Morning coffee outside, friends over for dinner, game days that turn into late nights, all without worrying about the Texas heat or bugs ruining the moment.
Inside, 203 Ancient Oaks Way carries that same energy throughout. Soaring ceilings, clerestory windows, hardwood floors, and a stone fireplace give the home a clean, elevated feel without sacrificing comfort. The layout flows effortlessly from the gourmet kitchen into multiple living and dining spaces, making it feel both functional and refined.
And then there is Blanco Vista. Resort style pools, trails, fishing ponds, river access, and a location that keeps you connected to both Austin and San Antonio while still feeling like an escape from the noise.
This is one of those homes that feels better in person than it already looks online.
