Tuesday tip: Check your tire pressure before every ride!

Underinflated tires = more rolling resistance, harder pedaling, and a higher chance of pinch flats. Overinflated? Harsh ride and less traction.

Most road tires like 80-120 PSI. MTB tires usually 25-35 PSI. Check the sidewall of your tire for the recommended range.
