A great night it was at the Hotel Bellwether! I’ve lost count of how many years we’ve been to this event but this was the first year I was able to offer a handmade piece for the auction benefiting Boys & Girls clubs of Whatcom County.
Commission in progress that i’ve never done before. A lot of the same concepts but i’ve never made this type of furniture. Excited for this one! We’re all sealed up and ready for the pour 👊🏽

This piece has it all. The tiger stripe figure known as fiddleback maple to surely capture the eyes. Spalted lines and a rich maple color. A rigid dark blue epoxy with waves like a strait of water.
Can be a wall hanging or any kind of table

A pair of quartersawn white oak vanities built for a sleek A frame cabin. The drawers were built around the plumbing with bookmatched faces. With the completion of this project, I fully understand the desire for white oak. Looking forward to seeing the concrete countertops added to these!
