Join me for a creative group for adults navigating later life. It's a space just for you.
Nobody really prepares you for what this chapter feels like from the inside. The roles you held for decades — professional, caregiver, spouse, parent — change or disappear. The calendar opens up. And perhaps along with a feeling like freedom, there are quiet questions underneath:
Who am I now? What still matters? Is there still time?
"Still Here" was designed to start answering those questions.
We will explore for 90 minutes a week, using a few art supplies with a small group of people navigating similar challenges and dreams.
What we do
Six Tuesday mornings online, I introduce one idea from a values-based framework — drawn from the psychology of acceptance, commitment, and later-life development. While we make art. Simultaneously, in our own spaces, with our own materials, side by side. No instruction. No critique. No interpretation of what your art means.
Just making — and then: what did you notice? Sharing is optional.
Your investment is $397 and the intention to enjoy your time.

Mindfulness Practice: Take it Easy for Best Results

There comes a time in every life when we face a health crisis or major shift in our wellbeing. I just posted some thoughts about what such an experience may bring, and what we can do for ourselves to navigate and heal.
When the Body Changes Everything: Help and Healing After a Health Scare or Diagnosis
A health scare does something particular to our notion of time. Before it, the future feels spacious — assumed, if not quite planned. After it, that, the assumption is gone or changed. And for thos…

🖼️ Can you believe we’re at the end of January already?
We’ve just kicked off a new year, and we’re about to wrap up the first month! It feels like the perfect time for fresh art and new beginnings.
I’d love to hear what you’ve got on the horizon! And thank you for being here and supporting me as I continue to grow and evolve as an artist. 💫
If you’ve enjoyed my work, sharing it and tagging a friend would mean the world to me. It helps me, as an independent artist, grow and connect with more people who appreciate my art. Let’s spread some creativity together! 🎉✨

🌊 Ever heard of being in a flow state?
It’s like being "in the zone," and it’s a term that gets talked about a lot in the art world. It’s that space where you’re creating or doing something you love, and time seems to stand still—or not exist at all.
Being in a flow state can help you relax while your focus sharpens and your creativity kicks into high gear. While it's often associated with artists locked into their work, anyone can experience it when they're fully immersed in their passion.
What gets you into a flow state? I’d love to know! ✨

“Last Light”
"Last Light" is a romantic portrayal of the sun's descent beneath the clouds, enveloping the world in brilliant gold, yellow, and pink sunset colors before it disappears below the horizon. Deep blue tones serve as a striking backdrop, intensifying the luminosity of the warm hues and adding a sense of depth to the composition. The painting encapsulates the fleeting beauty of this enchanting moment, where vibrant shades intertwine, creating a breathtaking visual symphony that ignites a sense of wonder in the viewer.
