Custom Woodwork | Handmade Locally

I’m still taking on custom woodwork part-time, serving Bonner County and the surrounding area. From large furniture pieces to smaller handmade items, I build it all and I’m grateful for everyone who’s supported my work over the years.

Coming up…
custom cabinets once framing wraps and measurements lock in. But here’s what I’m most excited about I just got a stunning piece of blue pine and I’m planning a river table (5–10 feet) with a timber frame style mix.

Here’s where I need you.
I haven’t decided on the river color yet, and I want to build this one with a client who gets to pick it. Deep blue? Emerald? Metallic? Amber?

Rough wall in, shimmed out, and now sheeting it flat.
This is the kind of work that takes time, but it’s what makes the final result look clean and professional. I still build furniture, do trim, cabinets, and other custom projects on the side quality work first, every time.

Built this wall the right way shimmed it out, trued it up, and sheeting it so it finishes flat and clean.
A big part of quality woodworking and trim work is doing the hidden work first so the final surface looks right. I still do furniture, trim, cabinets, and custom work on the side, but this is the kind of craftsmanship I bring to every job taking the time to make it straight, solid, and built to last.

Rough timbers don’t care about being pretty — so we shim, plane, and true it up until the wall is flat and ready for finish.
This is the part of the job people don’t always see, but it’s what separates a quick install from quality craftsmanship. Taking the time here means the final wall comes out straight, clean, and professional.

Handmade Cedar & Pine Shelf — Limited Edition (2 available)
Hi — I’m a local woodworker in the Sandpoint area and I made two of these small shelves by hand. They pair warm cedar shelves with a pale pine frame and oak dowel accents, then get a hand-rubbed beeswax finish so they feel pleasant to the touch and hold up well in humid spots like bathrooms. I build slowly and carefully — no particle board, no shortcuts — just honest materials and clean joinery.

Size & availability:
• About 17” wide and just under 3’ tall.
• Two available — each one finished by hand, so minor variations make them unique.
Price & pickup:
• $100 each or $180 for both (local pickup near Sandpoint).
• I can hold one with a $25 deposit and will ship at buyer’s expense if needed.
