It was a wonderful surprise to be sent a video of a fantastic player trying one of my violins for sale in New York. The video, filmed by his son, has my violin going head to head with an antique fiddle which is a great way to for us contemporary makers to see how we stack up to those craftspeople that came before us.

Doing some fingerboard work today. There is a violin in the background that needs one so I can set the neck.
