Before making something, you often need to make a jig - the device or setup that allows you to actually make the product or art piece. It is the “how” of making something. Making a jig is often a mechanical project in itself. Here we are making a jig for our shuro project at .Thank you for the guidance!

何かを作る前に、まずは「治具（じぐ）」を作ることが多くあります。治具とは、実際にプロダクトやアート作品を作るための道具・仕組みのこと。ものづくりにおける「どうやって」の部分を形にしたものです。
治具づくり自体が、ひとつの機械的なプロジェクトになることも少なくありません。
今回は にて、棕櫚（しゅろ）プロジェクトのための治具を製作しています。
