Sealed and assembled this little bbq covering earlier this week

I was given a wall with a bump out, a couple of Ikea cabinets awkwardly sitting on 2x6 risers and some directions.
Header, fillers, base boards, shelf detail are all paint grade MDF expertly fitted, secured, and prepped for paint by my team.

R&R steps and garage man door, light block. Reused the existing railing, door frame header w/ security monitor, interior trim, and door. Saved this customer hundreds of dollars by reusing what I could rather than buying a new door w/ window for a utility door. I think they will be having their home painted soon, fix that caulk and peeling paint.
Crazy how flashing used to be optional, asking for structural damage! I made sure to get as much flashing tucked in behind the siding as I could so if any water finds its way in, it can find its way out too.

I'll ask the homeowner if they mind posting the AI photo they rendered as a template for me. This giant bedroom really needed this upgrade; until it was done, I had no idea how good it would come together. Professional photos another day for this project. Sister kinda in law's Idaho storage bench didn't go perfect but it's ready to go and I'll come back for finishing touches another day.
Lots of extra storage, soft close lids, Pre Finished Maple plywood durability, and honestly looks like it belongs there.
