We had a wonderful time learning the ins and outs of creating beautiful floral arrangements and enjoyed bringing our bouquets home to admire. Previously featuring K Stand and Anchor storage, the space has been reimagined through thoughtful design and strategic planning. The new Dividends Skyline creates opportunities for both informal collaboration and focused retreat, maximizing functionality while supporting the evolving needs of today’s workplace.

New Project!

For this confidential client, WRG consolidated three and a half floors into two efficiently planned floors, creating a more efficient workplace that supports both focused work and collaboration. The floor-plates were reconfigured to increase density while preserving natural light and shared amenities, using neighborhood-based planning and standardized furniture to support flexibility. Through strategic space compression and careful coordination, WRG delivered a cohesive, high-performing workplace aligned with budget and evolving user needs.

Some members of WRG Houston and had the opportunity to tour in Tampa, FL — and be the first group to walk through their manufacturing facility! They were inspired by their innovative design process, smart furniture solutions, and domestic manufacturing. Thanks to Venue Industries and SGA for an incredible experience! 👏
