I've been off Instagram lately, focused on getting these three pieces finished for the same client. This was an absolute beast, the wall was quick and fun, and the accent wall was a blast to design/build. Definitely want to do more of this in the future!

Finally getting around to sharing this live edge white oak desk I made a few weeks back. The walnut diagonal splines on the pass through tenons were a fun challenge!

This is what I brought back with me from New Mexico. There are going to be a lot of live edge pieces coming soon!

The beastly 3 phase resaw bandsaw will be going up for sale, and the table saw will be restored and hopefully find a spot, since I don't have 3 phase power in my shop.

I went to New Mexico this weekend for the opportunity to work with someone who studied under Sam Maloof. I had some down time to kill, and nothing beats learning about the life of George Nakashima with this view! Exciting things to come, and big changes are coming for the Sawdude.

I love barn doors! My neighbor has been doing some awesome house renovations and it has been rewarding to help out with a few items. Maybe one day I'll have made something in every house on the street 🤔

Pimped out our bay window! Stoked to finally be able to use this space.

Father's day came early! Super excited about this paint system, and it came at the perfect time since I've got a few personal and professional jobs coming up. Shani outdid herself for my first Father's day!

We had a wooden cake stand at our wedding which I later turned into a side table. Having it in our house always reminds us of our wedding.

When I was talking with a friend and she mentioned she wanted one but they were all so expensive, I immediately offered to make one. They now use it as a centerpiece on their kitchen table, and I hope that it always reminds them of their special day!
