All the rotten structure was replaced, then we installed composite flooring, lifetime warranty powder coated black aluminum post and rails, DuPont butyl top sealed joists and ledgers, tyvek wrap, commercial grade, extended sidewalk landing, metal wrapped posts, w**d barrier, powder coated aluminum edging, and gravel ground cover for a finished look and mud free useable storage.
