This week, we are attending LAF's Future Now: Taking Action for People + Planet by Design in Detroit.
Bringing together leaders from across landscape architecture, the summit explores how design can strengthen resilience, support biodiversity, advance equity, and create healthier communities. Through keynote presentations, workshops, panels, and field sessions, participants will examine how thoughtful action can help shape a more sustainable and inclusive future.
The most meaningful conversations are often not about what we design, but why we design it and how it improves the lives of people and the health of our shared environment.
We are looking forward to learning, listening, and engaging with colleagues who are helping define the future of the profession.

Who says urban seating has to feel heavy and grounded? The mmcité Port bench is practically floating.
By utilizing a smart, recessed central support, Port creates a striking optical illusion that brings an airy, lightweight feel to any public space. It’s the perfect blend of structural ingenuity and modern aesthetics—proving that heavy-duty urban furniture can still look incredibly graceful.

We're just over halfway through National Bike Month!
Whether you're commuting to work, running errands, or just out for a cruise, there is nothing worse than arriving at your destination only to scratch your frame on a rough bike rack.
We designed Edgetyre with the everyday cyclist in mind. Underneath its minimalist, geometric look is a smart, protective EPDM rubber strip along the top bar that keeps your bike frame scratch-free and stable while locked.
Available in a variety of shapes and finished in either vibrant powder-coated steel or ultra-sleek stainless steel, it’s the upgrade your community’s bike infrastructure deserves.
Where is your favorite place to ride this month? Let us know in the comments.

Ditch the traffic and trade the steering wheel for handlebars!
With National Bike to Work Day approaching on Friday, May 15th, there’s no better time to try a two-wheeled commute. Not only do you save on fuel and avoid congestion, but you also arrive at the office feeling energized and focused.
Our Aureo Velo bike shelter and Elk bike racks are designed to keep your ride secure and organized, blending seamlessly into the urban landscape. Making the city more accessible is at the heart of what we do.

Excellence in every line.
We are thrilled to announce that the Linfa bench is a 2026 Red Dot Award winner!
Designed in collaboration with AG&P Greenscape and Cattaneo Design, Linfa redefines the urban silhouette. Its visual lightness—inspired by the Italian word for "sap"—belies its incredible structural strength.
Seen here in the heart of New Orleans, Linfa proves that great design doesn't just sit in a space; it flows with it. Whether it's the lightweight galvanized steel or the choice of FSC-certified wood, every detail is crafted to enhance the urban experience.
Experience the award-winning curves of Linfa.

Did you know that just 20 minutes of cycling can significantly lower stress and boost your mood?
It’s National Bike Month, and we’re celebrating the incredible health benefits of life on two wheels. From improving cardiovascular fitness to clearing the mind after a long day, cycling is one of the best ways to stay active. At mmcité, we believe that when the infrastructure is as beautiful as the ride itself, getting outside becomes second nature.
How many miles are you aiming for this May? Let us know in the comments!

One of this year's Red Dot award-winning product is the Ocus bike rack. Responding to the growing role of cycling in public space. This minimalist design, formed from a continuously bent steel tube, reflects the natural flow and movement of cyclists. As designer Iveta Krmíčková notes, "A bicycle today is more than a means of transport. For many, it is an expression of identity and lifestyle."
With that in mind, Ocus was designed as a solution that treats the bicycle with care and respect. Its design is based on a precise balance between tube diameter and bending radius, combining visual clarity with structural stability. The intuitive way the bike is inserted ensures secure and stable parking, while its freestanding form allows for flexible placement, even in space-constrained environments. Ocus has also been selected for exhibition at the Red Dot Design Museum in Essen, Germany where outstanding designs from around the world are presented each year.
