Worked on Galaxy Mega today. She wanted to use the undamaged screen to replace the cracked screen because the undamaged phone was locked. Came up with a better idea. I swapped the logic boards to save time and save her some money. Less than an hour later she's happy with the results.

Customer said their phone wouldn't cut on most of the time. When it did it would boot loop on the Apple logo unless it was plugged in to the charger. She also stated she had just had the battery replaced at a mall kiosk in December. I opened the phone to find her "replacement battery" was in this condition. Whoever replaced it also didn't use the proper double-sided adhesive. They also didn't even peel the top layer of the double-sided tape that they did use. It looked as though her new battery was damaged before it was even installed. Luckily it didn't damage her phone or worse. This is why I never recommend having anything repaired at a mall kiosk.

Worked on an iPhone 6 the other day. The customer said she called another mobile repair company to fix her broken screen. She also said that after they repaired it the screen was separating from the frame and when she pressed on the screen it cracked again and they refused a warranty. Upon opening her device I noticed that they left one of her screws out and it was sitting on top of the vibration motor. This caused the screen separation and the crack when she pressed on her screen. I was able to get her back up and running in no time.
