Nice upgrade for this MCM sofa- we stripped down through 3 lavers of upholstery (note to self- make sure upholsterer you hire takes off the upholstery fabric and doesn't reupholster right on top of existing) to freshen and elevate design - say yes to simplified apron and updated seat back with button detail and no to floral fabric.

A vintage Steelcase chair is now dressed in Designtex Dapple Habanero with a new fiery personality.

This pair went from dowdy to Shabby Chic with a neutral velvet and button tufted back upgrade. Our client opted to keep the frame rustic as a nod to the design style.

These "not your everyday banquette cushions" were a labor of love. They are upholstered in Maharam Prone Mantra leather which made the ruched design that much more difficult to achieve, but definitely worth the effort. We can't wait to see the installation photos when they reach their final destination on the Western slope of Colorado.

Our designer client spent some time selecting the fabric for a personal project, but once she did- WOW! The install photo speaks for itself.
