We are proud to unveil the transformation of an elegant contemporary residence in the heart of North Center.
At Archisesto, we had the pleasure of collaborating with our client, Amber, to create a kitchen that reflects both her vision and her family’s lifestyle. From the earliest design concepts through the final details, Amber was actively involved in the creative process, helping shape a space that feels warm, modern, and welcoming.
The kitchen features the Frame 1.5 collection by Zecchinon, a design distinguished by its clean lines, visual continuity, and timeless sophistication. The collection creates a harmonious composition where every element flows seamlessly together, resulting in a refined aesthetic that is both functional and elegant.
Inspired by European design principles, the space combines natural materials, subtle contrasts, and thoughtfully curated details to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cabinetry is finished in the exquisite Plissé Oak, whose textured surface enhances the character of the design while adding depth, warmth, and understated luxury.
The result is a beautifully balanced kitchen that brings together contemporary elegance, craftsmanship, and everyday comfort, the perfect gathering place for family and friends.

This 4,750 square-foot loft in Fulton Market, featuring a remarkable two-story addition, showcases a refined balance of warmth and modernity with barn wood floors, making the glass and plaster interior walls noticeable along with layered textures.
Designed as her own personal residence, Karen Herold, Founder of Studio K and the creative force behind iconic destinations including Maple & Ash, Nobu Hotel, and Girl & The Goat, brought her signature hospitality driven vision into every detail of the space.
In the kitchen, a bold tropical mural serves as a backdrop, carefully paired with matte white K105 handleless cabinetry to create a minimalist yet highly functional aesthetic.

Sartus portrays an everyday ritual reinterpreted in a key of unmistakable contemporary elegance. Totally customised according to needs and taste, the Sartus programme is based on an unprecedented line of monoblocks that allows different solutions to be developed, both in height and in parallel, thanks to an articulated programme of furnishings and accessories: washbasins resting on tubular metal bars or integrated washbasins, equipped accessory bars, towel rails, mirrors defined by light, and even free-standing bookcases, consoles and columns that can be configured as wardrobes or storage space. The storage units consist of a door with a handle profile joined to the closing side and feature original drawers with open compartments, the leitmotiv of this collection.

Atlante is also the perfect choice for multifunctional wall arrangements that fit into the architecture of the home. Smart solutions include a shelf that slides along the side panel of the bookcase that becomes a handy home office desk.
Sir creates a sort of refined tray effect that enhances the base unit’s top. The minimalist lines of the volumes give the arrangement an elegant and refined appeal.
