The wallcovering, entirely composed of organic raw materials, has been awarded in the category Excellent Product Design – Material and Surfaces by the German Design Award 2021 jury “for its outstanding design quality”. It has also received a Special Mentioning in the Eco Design category. The prize, granted to products of excellence, was introduced in 1953 on a Deutscher Bundestag’s initiative and is awarded every year by the German Design Council.
GlamPure is a compostable covering, made of 65% European linen fibers and 35% viscose. The technical qualities and the aesthetic content make it a suitable solution to the application in residential bio-architecture and hospitality contexts.
