1200-1500 - board feet of 2” x 8” floor joist x 10-12’ long (high quality/tight grain-heavy)

500- 600 - board feet of 2” x 4” x 8-10’ lumber. A handful of 2” x 6” lumber

Big week ahead. On Tuesday, Josh is diving into a 1924 farmhouse packed with heart pine — reclaimed siding, thick 1" and 2" boards, and heavy beams that have stood for nearly 100 years.
