Are you a strong leader who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, and making a difference in your community? We’d love to hear from you!

As our Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily production operations, support staff, complete schedules and help individuals with developmental disabilities participate in meaningful vocational and enrichment activities.

✨ What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
✅ Ability to coordinate daily operations and support a team
✅ Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
✅ Valid driver’s license

🎓 Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in the developmental disabilities field, OR a post-secondary degree with relevant experience.

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:00 PM with Fridays off in the summer

💲 Pay & Benefits:

$23–$25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

What a week! We worked, went to Coffee Club, Visited Kendra’s Daycare, had a visit from Ben Scheirer and gave him a tour of our program,,,
We went to the Clay House, decorated for fall and yes, our washer broke. It was almost perfect 😆

Main Street Industries is seeking a Part Time Employment/Placement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage new referrals, provide placement services, one-on-one training, follow-up support, develop person-centered employment plans, and build relationships with local businesses to secure competitive, integrated community-based jobs for the individuals we serve.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Associate degree with 2+ years of experience in the field, or a Bachelor's degree (preferred). Designated Coordinator qualifications are a plus.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, great organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation for work travel, and ability to pass a Department of Human Services background check

We had a fun week celebrating our DSPs!
Each day had a theme: PJ day, MSI pride, mismatched socks, hats, and team spirit. We ate a lot of food, had some laughs and managed to get some work done, too!
