Another custom cover designed digitally! We have had some good questions about these next level covers❤️.

“Sounds more expensive” Nope, same competitive pricing as we’ve always had.

“What’s wrong with the old way?” Well nothing really, making a 3D image of your boat & designing the cover in CAD allows us to be more accurate & see how the cover will perform in real time.

“ Why does that matter?” In the end the accuracy & design allows us to us to produce a better fit for your custom cover. A better fit translates to better performance whether traveling or weather it works better. If it performs better in those situations it’ll last longer for sure.

This pontoon cover is a milestone. This is our first digitally created custom cover! We made a 3D image of the boat, designed the cover in CAD, cut it with our CNC then sewed it up. No one puts more into a cover than we do & we just raised the bar again.
The digital accuracy means a better fit, which translates to better performance at no additional cost.
The CAD process allows to add or remove seams & features. We can see in CAD how that affects or adds to the performance of the cover. In the end it means quality product that works to travel & protect your boat.

This beautiful Carver got a the stunning enclosure it needed. Digitally designed to ensure the lines flow with the boat. We worked with the owners on their needs & problems with the existing enclosure. This one came out nice with quality for years to come.
