F3-Function First Furniture Fashion-forward designs is our specialty in Hospitality, Student Housing and Senior Living. F3 produces bedroom, common area, restaurant, and pool furnishings.

President Curt Christian’s passion for supplying magazine-worthy design to thrill tenants, guests, and best-in-class construction to thrill owners has led to F3’s 30 years of proven service and satisfying high-volume orders to high-demand customers. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, the company has multiple warehouses in Nashville, Florida, Los Angeles and Asia, allowing F3 to deliver its high-quality functional furniture for the fashion-forward customer on a nationwide scale. The company’s comprehensive offerings make it a one-stop shop for customers so they do not have to deal with multiple vendors for different property areas. F3 has delivered more than 2 million beds to hospitality student housing, and retailers over the past 30 years. Additionally, the company takes all aspects of design, manufacturing, and installation, off the hands of its customers so they can concentrate on what they do best — build, develop and manage their properties. The F3 family culture, product design, quality and commitment to customer service sets it apart from the pack. After an order is signed, the F3 team goes to work so the client does not have to think about the furniture until it is delivered — on time, in budget and exactly as ordered. In addition to traditional furniture, the company manufactures thousands of items that are customizable. Each item is priced wholesale with hassle-free installation and includes F3’s 10-Year warranty, and one-year free “Refresh” program to ensure the products are performing as expected. Designing fashion-forward and timeless designs and staying on or ahead of on-trend fashion is F3’s specialty in each segment of their Hospitality, Student Housing, and Senior Living business.
